1. KOREAN TRADITIONAL PORRIDGE & SALAD

 

2. SAM SEOK JUN or HAEMUL PAJEON

Tri-colored Korean traditional pancake with fish and vegetables or Seafood and scallioni Korean traditional pancake

 

3. HWAE MUCHIM or SASHIMI APPETIZER

Raw fish and vegetables tossed in spicy seasonings or Slices of fresh raw fish

 

4. JAPCHAE (BEEF or SEAFOOD)

Clear vermicelli noodle pan-fried with shredded vegetables and egg

 

5. JOK BAL PYUN CHAE

Thinly sliced marinated and steamed pig feet served with scallion and dipping sauce

 

6. OJING-UH BOKKEUM

Squid stir-fried with vegetables in spicy sauce

 

7. BULGOKI (BEEF or PORK)

Thinly sliced prime black angus beef or pork marinated with Korean traditional seasonings

 

8. NAENG MYUN or JANCHI GUKSOO

Platter of nine different stir-fried beef and vegetables served with thin flour bread

 

6. JOK BAL PYUN CHAE or YUK HWAE

Thinly sliced marinated and steamed pig feet or Fresh raw beef shredded and seasonsed with various spices

 

7.  SELECT ONE FROM JJIM DISH (MODEUM HAMUL, AGU, DAEGU, or SOFTSHELL CRAB)

Jjim dishes are usually braised with vegetables in spicy or mild sauce
